In the desire for Independence square to become the “spatial favorite” of the urban fabric of Podgorica, interventions of a cosmetic nature cannot be sufficient. Not only creative, but radical solutions are needed. The square space with the offered solution is treated as a living room of the city. Essentially, an attempt was made to create as much free space as possible, leaving the possibility for polyvalent use of the square, and a chance for events.
