Two identical slats intended for housing, located on the shore of the tin. A passage is planned through the ground floor of the first lamella with the aim of creating a pedestrian connection with the promenade by the river. Considering the orientation of the south towards the river, the apartments (except for one) are designed as two tracts on each floor. Each apartment has a high level of functional organization as well as a loggia. The ground floor is intended for business premises of the administrative type.
