The facility was designed in 1978 for the infrastructure of the Yugoslav Army. The author did not know its purpose during the design because the facility was ordered as an “official secret”. Since there were no special attitudes towards the design of the building except that it “does not reflect the function of military infrastructure”, a play of volumes was proposed in which the composition of the gable roof with concrete elements of cornices and gutters combined with facade brick stands out. Everything was composed with the aim of giving the object a visual meaning, considering its small dimensions and its position under the main road.
