The building is located in the main city street of Rožaje, so its treatment was understood in the design approach. The street facade is symmetrical and in the axis there is an emphasized glass surface that ends with an arched opening as a recognizable element, with the aim of becoming one of the city’s benchmarks. There are business premises on the ground floor and residential units of various structures on the first floor. Considering the altitude (approx. 1000 m above sea level) and the harsh climate, traditional architecture has developed compact forms with hipped roofs.
