The facility of the Day care facility for the elderly in Golubovci is the result of observed, carefully analyzed parameters both in terms of functionality and design. This had a decisive influence on the spatial concept and the realized architectural expression. The spatial concept of the facility was formed on the idea of simple communication, visibility and connectivity of spaces intended for users. The permeation of functionally different spaces was created according to Los’ Raumplan principle, which was translated into a clear architectural expression. The composition clearly shows two cubes of different heights, which create a clear design language.
