Given the context, its acceptance as an imperative in creating the volume is justified in order to achieve a logical architectural composition. For this reason, the formal language of the dominant gable roof was adopted, with variations that make the composition visually acceptable. The volume is articulated, but only to the extent that ensures its compactness. The greenery of the park, together with the Breznica River, provides an ideal setting for applying a white faCade and wooden cladding on the underside of the canopy and in parts of the building. The volume and architectural expression of the existing sports hall in the park create a pleasant—and therefore obligating—context. The mimetic composition of the pool proves to be a logical solution, as it respects all key existing elements. An intentionally strong visual dialogue has been established between the pool building and the visitors and pedestrians moving along the promenade. The opening of the pool towards the promenade and its integration with the walkway, along with the entrance hall emphasized by the staircase, represent the “tools” used to achieve this effect. For this purpose, the addition of a canopy is proposed as an important element of the architectural composition. It highlights movement and creates a sense of intimacy between the surrounding pedestrian pathways and the building.
