The existing stock of family houses in the area represents the architecture created from the symbiosis of a traditional Dinaric house with an oriental architectural expression. The building is ground floor with a floor and a used attic in order to meet the functional requirements without increasing the vertical. Modern housing requirements are incorporated in a transposed form that has a foothold in the continuity of architectural creativity but with a clear deviation from the imitation of heritage. The dialogue with the surroundings directed the position of the openings and terraces, which resulted in a specific composition that gives this house an original architectural expression.
