It leans against the built object with one wall and is positioned at a corner, at the main city intersection. Such a position of the building required the treatment of a spatial accent, but also fitting into an already formed, dominant structure and applied materials. The composition of the object arises as a compromise between the importance of the object in its urban position and obligations towards the previously built structure of which it has become a smaller, but significant part. The compromise was achieved by cutting the ground floor and seven floors (three were kept at a right angle), thus fulfilling the &#8220;obligation&#8221; towards the urban matrix and the existing series of buildings that preceded it, which is clearly seen in the space.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The building represents the third, final, phase of construction of a residential block intended for social housing.
